I want to offer the highest possible praise for Paula and for DeSanctis Builders. My wife, Annette, and I purchased a property and wanted to update the whole of the home and remodel the kitchen. We had a budget of both money and time. We wanted to put our hold home on the market early in the year and needed things on the new one completed, just in case the old one sold quickly.

Any changes run the risk of busting the budget. Although we made many major changes to our original plan, Paula managed to keep us only slightly above our budget. It sounds impossible, but Paula used magical sources for supplies that gave us superior quality products at costs much lower than what we had originally projected. The net result was much more update for only slightly more cost. I was constantly amazed.

I am so very pleased that I would invite any doubters over for a look at what was accomplished and to see more of the suggestions that became greatly appreciated after becoming a reality.
